Management
David O’Sullivan, Managing Director. David has been working in the industry for over 25 years while managing projects and sites for the past 22 years. He has overall responsibility for ongoing contracts and liaising with clients.
David has completed advanced Health and safety training and is qualified to assume the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS).
Health & Safety
ACS Construction places a strong emphasis on health and safety and has developed a robust safety management system that ensures a safe working environment across all projects. The implementation of this safety management system has provided ACS with an exemplary safety record.
ACS has the capability and experience to take on the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS).
Resources
Adare Construction Services have a good stock of plant & equipment. This ensures we can price projects competitively and provide a flexible service.
The company is fully insured, with public and employer’s liability insurance up to €13M in place. We have a comprehensive, contractor’s all risk policy and fleet insurance.
