ACS carried out extensive remedial works to this estate to bring it to a standard that would allow the local authority to take it in-charge.

The works consisted of repairs to existing and completion of footpaths, repairs to road surfaces and completion of wearing surface. Extensive works were also carried out to landscaping and amenity areas.
